It’s a strange policy with selective enforcement at best.

I have not heard, however, of EMR’s being used to leverage power over Rx-ing

Stripe did this to me because I used to certify patients who had a diagnosis that was approved for medical marijuana. I am not the dispensary and I do not prescribe it. I simply confirm a diagnosis.
