I absolutely agree to ban pharmaceutical adds. Let the doctors be in charge of what medicine you need. How many people think they need a medication that they really don't.

Yes, this needs to pass as well as the bill to codify President Trump’s executive order regarding drug prices and the bill to have Medicare treat obesity as a disease and cover GLP1 medications!

Almost no other countries allow drug ads in video or audio or print. I think ads especially prey on the elderly who watch a lot of tv. Ads should not be how you learn about meds. That should be a conversation with you and your doctor to determine what meds you may need for the conditions you have.

The doctors should be the ones to tell patients what will help them. We must reign in on the power money the pharmaceutical industry has over us.

I don't mind the ads as sadly, some providers sometimes are behind on the latest trends. My provider for example, I know more about glp1 then she. If I bring a drug up it, at least it opens up a line of communication especially for new treatments. Rather then hoping the provider will be the only source of info. I do agree they should not be run too often.

Yes. Perhaps if they don’t spend money advertising then the cost of drugs may not be so over priced.

They’re illegal in Australia and it’s so much better. Though GLP-1 Telehealth companies are advertising for medical weight loss without mentioning any drug names anyway. https://youtu.be/_b8WFdohyd4

Still an improvement though.

Bring our prices down to match those of other nations? Yes! Regulate how companies spend ad dollars? I can think of 9000 more important things that need attention at the moment.

Yes, I think this is good. After all liquor and cigarette ads have been removed and I think that pharmaceutical ads should be removed also.

WE, the customers, end up paying for those millions of dollars in advertising out-of-pocket, seriously! 😡

They could lower their prices if they didn’t spend billions on advertising!

When the drug ads first started I thought it was just plain weird. Now, I think they’re annoying and ridiculous.

If Americans want parity drug pricing with the rest of the world - this should be the first step.
